The last few times the cars have not been as clean as they have been in the past. The employees are usually very easy to deal with though, and the process is pretty simple.
My wife, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and I took our long awaited bucket list trip out west. We rented our car from Enterprise in Mt Washington as I had rented cars there in the past. We drove over 6000 miles without a problem with a reliable GMC Terrain. We had upgraded to the SUV because there was not enough trunk space in the full size car. The staff at Enterprise should be commended and praised for the effort they put forth in taking care of the customer and their needs. I would strongly recommend anyone to go there and feel confident they will be treated as friends and in a professional manner. Five stars for them!
Customer service was great very friendly. prompt service got us out quickly. We got a nice clean ride. Check out was easy
Staff takes the time to answer all questions...easy transaction...great car for a great price...they do pick you up and drop you off if needed
Be sure to take photos BEFORE and AFTER you rent from this place!!! They rented a truck that had obviously old damage to the roof. When returned - they are trying to stick us with the bill!! Anyone else have a similar experience with this location ?
